Al Hamra Tower

In the heart of Kuwait City the Al Hamra Tower rises towards the sky, with 413 m in height one of the tallest buildings in the world with a façade of natural stone.

The Southern Wall is designed in a way to minimize the effects of the solar radiation.

The main areas are clad with Jura Limestone slabs in 4 cm thickness, mounted on Fischer rail-system, the surface sandblasted and brushed.

In the curved corner regions of the tower a Jura Limestone mosaic was applied.

For the interior areas vein cut Jura material in 1 cm thickness was used.
