Leipzig, Germany

A new residential and commercial building has been built in the Southern suburb of Leipzig, just a good kilometer from the city center. It connects directly with the historic neighboring buildings from the “Gründerzeit”, its balanced proportions create a harmonious overall picture.

The shops are located on the ground floor, the apartments above, all of them equipped with balconies.

The flooring and the window sills inside are made of VeroStone Fossil Smoke Shell Limestone.

VeroStone Jura Gold with a stippled or surface was used for the exterior base, the clinker façade is structured by cornices and window frames also made of the light colored natural stone, here with a honed surface. These slabs were produced in the factory with anchor holes, bevel cuts, various drillings and recesses.
