Not far from the center of Moscow, the business class clubhouse of the Story apartment complex was built on a former industrial site.
The concept of the 16-storey building, developed and designed by TPO Reserve under the direction of V. I. Plotkin, inspires with its modern and exceptional façade geometry.
Great emphasis was placed on natural materials in the interior of the stylish lobby, designed by Glekel Partners. In the entrance area, predominantly kept in light and earth tones, the floors, walls and the lower part of the reception desk are clad with Jura Cream. A special eye-catcher are the panels of the reception with their gratine surface. This look is continued on the adjacent wall, clad with honed Jura Cream panels and interspersed with narrow gratine stripes.
Honed Jura Cream slabs are also laid on the floor of the entrance hall, a part in rectangular standard sizes, another part in an elaborate fishbone design with angular cuts on their short sides.
